Oops I did it again….re-joined Weight Watchers

Okay so earlier this month I had pledged to document my healthiness for 30 days…? Did I really? Wowza, totally forgot about that until I logged into to write this blog. Oh well…but this time I mean it! hahah.

Tomorrow, Monday January 30th I will begin my blogging and or vlogging of my daily successes, hurdles and accomplishments. I am one who really needs accountability so I know that rejoining Weight Watchers & blogging and/or vlogging daily will really help me get to my goal.
Weight Watchers has such a great ad campaign right now. I mean hello Jennifer Hudson. Of course she probably has a personal trainer, chef, nanny, housekeeper etc…. but I do know the program works. This is not my first go around with weight watchers. Each time I have joined and followed the program to a T I have been majorly successful. I love weight watchers because they don’t make you buy their food and that is all you can eat. You can eat anything you want as long as you calculate the points value and keep track of your points daily. Each person has a daily allotment of points depending on their height, weight…maybe age? My range is 26 points. So, if I want to eat a bag of chips for 15 points I can. There are absolutely NO restrictions. The best part about the program, in my opinion, is the weekly meetings. The information learned in the meetings is so invaluable. Recipes, tips and tricks, motivation, inspiration and friendships. The support of the members can really be a catalyst to helping you stay accountable.
